Successful Installation and Commissioning of Canadian Double-Mould Plastic Pallet Machine

On June 18, 2024, we proudly launched the installation of our Canadian client's double-mould plastic pallet machine. Led by our seasoned installation engineer, Sizheng Li, this project has now reached successful completion.

Since its inception in 1999, the client company has been a frontrunner in Atlantic Canada's plastic products processing industry. To expand their business and reduce pallet costs, they ordered our double-mould plastic pallet machine last year, tailored for producing 1200*1000mm PE plastic pallets.

Considering Canada's unique power environment (460V, 60Hz, three-phase power supply), we provided the client with two additional transformers to ensure optimal equipment operation under the specified voltage. This thoughtful gesture was highly appreciated by the client.

After ten days of meticulous installation and testing by Engineer Li, the plastic pallet machine is now fully operational, ensuring smooth pallet production. This successful project not only highlights the excellent performance of our products but also demonstrates our professional installation services.

During the installation, Engineer Li encountered challenges such as voltage differences, equipment malfunctions, and temporary work stoppages. Thanks to his rich experience and calm problem-solving skills, he worked closely with the client to quickly address and resolve these issues, ensuring the project's smooth progress.

Mr. Samuel, the client's representative, praised our installation service: "Good service, would be a little bit easier if English was more fluent. But Li is very nice and polite." We will analyze and optimize our installation process to enhance future customer experiences.
