Automated Pallet Block Production Line Successfully Loaded and Shipped to Greece

Recently, at the request of a large and influential wooden pallet factory in Greece, we have completed the delivery of a set of automated pallet block production line. The customer's business is expanding rapidly, and waste disposal has become a bottleneck for development. For this reason, we communicated deeply and customized this set of production line.

The pallet block production line integrates advanced wood processing technology and is highly automated and intelligent. It can efficiently transform waste wood into a usable resource, and through a unique process, produce high-quality wood chip pallet blocks to replace the traditional solid wood blocks. It is estimated that the use of wood chips can significantly reduce the production cost of pallets by 10%, which will significantly enhance the competitiveness of the customer in the international market.

In the cooperation, we set up a professional project team, strictly follow the international standards and customer requirements to ensure that the equipment is delivered on time and in good quality. Considering the precision of the equipment and its different volume and weight, we used a professional logistics evaluation system to determine the transportation of four high-bay containers to ensure the safety of transportation.

In order to ensure smooth delivery, we formulated a detailed loading plan in advance and reasonably divided the work. 13 January, the loading work started, the staff worked strictly according to the process, and after a day's hard work, all the equipment and spare parts were loaded into the containers undamaged and accurately. After the loading was completed, the vehicle immediately drove to the port, carrying the expectations of both parties to Greece.
