Compressed plastic pallet is a sustainable alternative to existing wood and injection molding plastic pallets. Meanwhile, it replaces timber pallets and also protect the global forest resources. Therefore, it promotes the sustainable development of the world.

Characteristics of compressed plastic pallet

1. Space saving

The compressed plastic pallet saves space up to 70%. For example, the height of 50 pieces of nestable plastic pallets is about 2.37 meters. However, the height of 20 pieces of traditional injection moulding pallets is 2.7 meters.

2. Low cost

The price of the raw material for compressed plastic pallet is very cheap, which also reduce the investment. The white compressed plastic pallets are made from 115 kg PET+PE, while, the others are made from 31.5 kg OPP+PE. The plastic raw materials are from our Spanish clients. After testing, the two kinds of raw materials are both suitable for producing plastic pallets.

3. Environment friendly

The final plastic pallets are compressed pallet without nails, and they are reused and recycled. Besides, they do not poison the environment when they are broken. Additionally, the broken pallets are also the raw materials for the new plastic pallets. Hence, it also meets the circular economy.

4. Customize design and size

The size of our tested compressed plastic pallet is 235*195 mm. But, we also can create special molds for custom designs or sizes.
