Successful Installation of Pallet Block Production Line in Poland

We’re excited to share a recent success story of installing pallet block production line for a customer located in Poland. This customer, who specializes in manufacturing and selling wooden pallets, chose our high-quality pallet block machine to transform sawdust waste materials into quality high-density pallet blocks.

Meeting Production Needs with High-Quality Pallet Blocks

The customer’s factory generates a significant amount of wodo waste as a byproduct of their wooden pallet production. To make the most of these waste materials and improve production efficiency, they opted to install automated production line with our advanced pallet block machines. The line produce pallet blocks in a size of 100 * 145mm, perfectly suited for meeting the customer’s current pallet manufacturing requirements.

Expansion Plans in Place

After experiencing the quality and efficiency of our machines, the customer has already shared plans to further expand production. In the near future, they intend to add three sets of pallet block machines, which will significantly increase their manufacturing capacity and allow them to produce even more pallet blocks.
